2. Shipping / Delivery
2.1 BeePrinting will ship your product same day, the production is completed. We use registered courier services (Australia post, Toll Express, CourierPlease, DHL etc) for delivery, We provide all items without charge anywhere in Australia And UK. Whereas you acknowledge that third party shipping or delivery delays are not counted as liability on us.
2.2 Loss or Damaged of any kind during transit is not our responsibility. We do our best to ensure final packing is super secure but can not guarantee handling by third part companies.
2.3 For any type of losses we contact courier company and go by the outcome they provide
2.4 A missed delivery due to any reason may cause delay in package arrival, which is not at all our responsibility
3.1. Digital Proof
- You get PDF or JPEG proof of your order before production starts to ensure, all the design, text, colours are correct and as per required. If press ready file is supplied, that serve as Digital Proof and no more proof are provided afterwards. Digital proof is applicable if we are designing something for your order or if customer request same.
3.2. Hardcopy Proofing
- To develop hardcopy proof of ordered product, we have to run the printing process to manufacture the proof. Proof manufacturing can take same amount of time as of production. So at-least 4 business days for proof making and approval and then to production.
- Large order normally require a physical proof and an amount of $75 or more is required to manufacture the physical proof any product ordered.
4.1 you can order samples of generic products to test quality of material, but for hard-copy sign off. You need to pay $75 to get hard-copy proof manufactured.
5. Submit your Artwork
5.1 You can submit your artwork directly on our website during checkout. Website upload is limited to 64MB file size. Please be sure to follow artwork preparation guideline to ensure your artwork is properly delivered with correct elements , content and fonts
5.2 Very big files can be sent via Shareware, Dropbox or email “firstname.lastname@example.org” Link can be added on checkout page
